REZALLIANCE’s proposal is an alliance with a common goal:

To ensure that every employee, regardless of their demographic and cognitive characteristics (gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, age, neurodiversity, etc.), is genuinely included in any company or organization. Our differences, whether apparent or not, make each individual unique but can also expose us to harassment and discrimination. Everyone is affected, which is why we must work together to turn inclusion from a slogan into a reality for all individuals in every workplace.

Our association is the result of an individual initiative and was established without any public funding.

We rely solely on membership fees and donations for our revenue.
